How to get to our Visitor Centre
Welcome to Port Lincoln
We look forward to welcoming you and assisting with the planning of your Port Lincoln holiday.
Visitor Information Centre Location
The Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre is located at 60 Tasman Terrace, opposite the town jetty and adjacent to the Nautilus Arts Centre. While there is ample general parking in the vicinity of the Visitor Information Centre, long vehicle parking is limited.
If you are travelling with a caravan, trailer, or recreational vehicle, we recommend visiting the Centre after you have checked in to your caravan park, campsite, or RV park, as this will avoid the difficulty of securing a suitable parking space nearby.
Nearest Long Vehicle Parking
-
Opposite the Services SA building on Tasman Terrace
-
Washington Street, near St Thomas Anglican Church (accessible to the Centre via the Civic Centre walkway — look for the flags)
We advise against bringing caravans, trailers, or recreational vehicles along Tasman Terrace, as the road is narrow, features multiple small roundabouts, and offers limited parking. Please note that long vehicles are not permitted in the jetty car park at any time. Penalties may apply.
Should it be necessary to bring a long vehicle into the town centre, please refer to our map for suggested access routes.
For information on where to stay in your RV see our page on RV Permits here, or for those seeking a caravan park, you can choose from the Port Lincoln Tourist Park overlooking the Bay in Kirton Point or the Port Lincoln Caravan Park on LIncoln Highway as you come into town from Whyalla.
