How to get to our Visitor Centre
Welcome to Port Lincoln, we look forward to meeting you and helping you plan your Port Lincoln holiday.
Important things to know about our Visitor Centre:
Our Visitor Information Centre is located 60 Tasman Terrace Port Lincoln, which is opposite the town jetty and adjacent the Nautilus Arts Centre. Please note whilst there are plenty of carparks, long vehicle parks are limited in availability. Therefore…
If you are travelling with a caravan, trailer or recreational vehicle, the best way to access our centre is after you have checked in to your caravan park/campsite or RV park as there is limited long vehicle parking available near our centre.
The two long vehicle parking areas nearest our centre are: opposite Services SA building on Tasman Terrace and on Washington Street, near the St Thomas Anglican Church.
If you do park on Washington Street you can walk through the Civic Centre to the centre, just look for the flags.
However, we would encourage you NOT to bring your caravan/trailer/RV along Tasman Terrace as there are a number of small roundabouts to negotiate, the street is quite narrow and there are limited opportunities to park. Please note, there are to be NO long vehicles parked in the jetty car park at any time. Fines may apply.
If you do need to bring your long vehicle into the town centre, please see our map for suggested routes to take.
For information on where to stay in your RV see our page on RV Permits here, or for those seeking a caravan park, you can choose from the Port Lincoln Tourist Park overlooking the Bay in Kirton Point or the Port Lincoln Caravan Park on LIncoln Highway as you come into town from Whyalla.
