Set among coastal bush and salty air, Coffin Bay Spirits is a distillery shaped by its surroundings — and built with purpose 🍸🌿

This off-grid, stand-alone distillery operates with no compromises, powered by solar energy and rainwater in a closed-loop system that reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design. Constructed by local teams in the heart of the Coffin Bay landscape, the space showcases recycled hardwoods, natural stone and thoughtful detail throughout.

One of its most striking features is the bar itself, crafted from a 5-tonne stone sourced beside the distillery. As the sun sets, it glows with the same golden hues as the west-facing cliffs nearby — a quiet nod to the land beneath it.

Today, visitors can relax with a locally crafted spirit in hand, soaking up sea views, silence and endless horizons. It’s a place where landscape, craftsmanship and flavour come together beautifully.

For visitors who love discovering local producers and the stories behind them, Coffin Bay Spirits is well worth adding to the itinerary.

Group bookings currently by appointment only, please call @coffinbayspirits on 08 8629 0651 or email hello@coffinbayspirits.com.au for booking enquiries.
