Tunarama: Home of Port Lincoln’s World Famous Tuna Toss
The Tunarama Festival is held annually in Port Lincoln, South Australia over the Australia Day long weekend every January. Featuring a wide array of participation events, arts and cultural displays, local market stalls, plus some of the freshest seafood in the world, there truly is something for the whole family to enjoy! In 2021, Tunarama will celebrate its 60th year!

Check the online Tunarama Programme for up to date competition times. Most registrations open from 8:00am at the Information Booth on the day of the competition and close 30 minutes before the competition starts. Please note places are strictly limited, get in early to avoid disappointment.
The registration booth is located on the foreshore near the children’s playground.

Experience Eyre Peninsula’s food and wine. The Tunarama Festival hosts a fantastic range of events over 3 days and nights, with something to enjoy for everyone. Including a range of unique events not staged anywhere else on the Peninsula.

Spencer Gulf King Prawns ‘Eyre Square’
SGKP’s Eyre Square is a Food, Wine and local produce concept for the Tunarama Festival, showcasing the best produce from our region. The square is located on the Port Lincoln foreshore grass overlooking the stunning Boston bay. Features performances from local and South Australian artists on the ASBTIA Festival Stage.

The Sweetest Event Ever! Come and explore the colourful world of Candyland and meet and eat all of your favourite sweet characters, Proudly supported by Passionis Productions. Tunarama is a family focused festival. All children’s entertainment performances are free entry.
