By booking a tour with us you agree to have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
- PRICING
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. All prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm your reservation on a tour full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations can be made direct by phoning 1300 788 378. Some tours can be booked via our website www.portlincoln.com.au
- RECONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
Please reconfirm your booking by calling us on 1300 788 378 or emailing us direct at least 48 hours before your departure. - CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations to bookings are at the discretion of individual operators. If you wish for further information for cancellations of a tour please contact us on 1300 788 378.
- BOOKING AMENDMENTS
Amendments to bookings are at the discretion of individual operators.
- CHANGE OF ITINERARY
Individual operators reserve the right to amend tour times, itineraries, and fares for its products as circumstances, time of year and operational reasons occur.
- ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Australia has many dangerous creatures, extreme weather conditions and often varying terrain. Some tours will require you to sign a liability waiver.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend Travel insurance and recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.
