This is the theme dinner built for those who come to Line & Label for the steak. Our char-grilled scotch fillet takes centre stage, cooked the way we’re known for, paired with prawns, nduja and sweet corn purée for a bold surf-meets-turf main.
The night kicks off with crispy pork belly with apple, kohlrabi and mustard, and tuna carpaccio with orange, fennel and capers. Mains are served with wagyu fat potatoes, herb butter and a fresh Line & Label garden salad, before finishing with a molten miso chocolate lava cake.
The first night sold out as soon as it went to our mailing list. This second date is expected to fill just as quickly!
