Modern, private, exceptionally comfortable; it’s an idyllic space to return to after exploring Coffin Bay, its expansive beaches and magnificent National Parks. 100m off the Esplanade and Oyster Trail, this dog and family-friendly home is less than ten minutes’ walk to the local shops, yacht club and jetty, petrol station, skate park, tennis courts and oval.
Three bedrooms are queen suites, the fourth bedroom comprises two singles and a cot. (Guests are responsible for ensuring suitability of the cot and mattress for their child.) The master bedroom also contains a walk-in-robe and en suite, with additional bedrooms, family bathroom and separate second toilet down the hall.
The living and dining space comfortably seats eight or more people and split system heating and cooling services the whole house, with additional ceiling fans throughout. Under the veranda is the BBQ, outdoor dining and casual lounge seating. Laundry, washing machine, dryer and well equipped kitchen perfect for larger groups. All water plumbed to the property is clean filtered rainwater.
Respectful, well-behaved dogs are welcome to the property – any damage caused will be repaired at full cost of the guest.
