No sailing experience is necessary as we will teach you the “ropes”. This voyage are for the adventurer at heart! \nThere are numerous opportunities to participate in different aspects of Tall Ship sailing life. To keep the vessel sailing\, each person joins a watch (teams). The Watch Leaders and crew members will guide with the following: \nHelming (steering) the vessel· \nSetting the sails and adjusting them by hauling on ropes· \nStanding watch (looking out for other ships)· \nClimb the masts and bow nets· \nNavigation and course setting \nSTV One & All is a true hands-on vessel. We invite all passengers to join in the experience of this remarkable ship. While we have plenty of crew to operate the ship\, there is no expectation or pressure to do any of the above activities. Alternately\, if activities are not your desire\, sit back and relax as the water flows past and the birds soar high above the masts. Change your life forever by exploring our coast from the deck of a tall ship. \nVoyage will include;-  \nSailing from Port Lincoln to Port Adelaide via the Sir Joseph Banks Islands.. \nVoyage handbook – Ship terms\, knots\, sails\, and life at sea. \nAll the activities included e.g. climbing rigging & bow nets\, helming at the wheel\, setting the sails with the crew\, sail & navigation instructions. \nOn board catering of hot & cold meals\, snacks\, cool drinks. All food is prepared freshly on board. Dietary requirements can be arranged \nAccommodation in individual bunks with linen\, pillows & blankets. We suggest to bring own sleeping bag\, toiletries & towels \nUse of ship’s safety equipment & wet weather gear \nPrepare for Sailing: \nAccess to the deck and facilities are down ladders. SUMMARY:Seabourn Odyssey Cruise Ship
DESCRIPTION:Port Lincoln is a popular destination for cruise ships. The cruise ship season usually runs from October to April with the number of ships visiting Port Lincoln varying year to year. \nWith each ship visit there is approximately 2500 passengers and 1000 crew that disembark and visit the city. These large numbers of visitors significantly increase the number of people in the CBD\, which is positively managed with the wonderful assistance of our Cruise Ship Volunteers. In previous years Port Lincoln has received accolades as being voted as best port by passengers according to South Australian Tourism Commission market research. \nThe number of Cruise Ships to visit Port Lincoln continues to increase. In previous years Port Lincoln has received accolades as being voted as best port by passengers according to South Australian Tourism Commission market research. \nThe number of Cruise Ships to visit Port Lincoln continues to increase. DESCRIPTION:Port Lincoln is a popular destination for cruise ships. The cruise ship season usually runs from October to April with the number of ships visiting Port Lincoln varying year to year. \nWith each ship visit there is approximately 2500 passengers and 1000 crew that disembark and visit the city. These large numbers of visitors significantly increase the number of people in the CBD\, which is positively managed with the wonderful assistance of our Cruise Ship Volunteers. In previous years Port Lincoln has received accolades as being voted as best port by passengers according to South Australian Tourism Commission market research. \nThe number of Cruise Ships to visit Port Lincoln continues to increase.
