DESCRIPTION:Port Lincoln is a popular destination for cruise ships. The 2024/25 cruise ship season will run from 2 October 2024 through to 2 April 2025\, with 11 ships expected to visit our port. \nWith each ship visit there is approximately 2500 passengers and 1000 crew that disembark and visit the city. These large numbers of visitors significantly increase the number of people in the CBD\, which is positively managed as apart of our Cruise Ship Welcome Programed with the wonderful assistance from local volunteers. In previous years Port Lincoln has received accolades as being voted as best port by passengers according to South Australian Tourism Commission market research. \nFrom the ship it is approximately a 10 minute walk along our beautiful foreshore to the CBD.  There is also plenty of things to see and do to enjoy our picturesque city. \nTours are bookable through the Visitor Information Centre please click link: Cruise Ship \nIf you have any questions please call the Visitor Information Centre on 1300 788 378. \nPlease note the table below is subject to change.

DESCRIPTION:Two bands touring together from NSW’s south coast\, come to Port Lincoln in September.\nCaliko are a duo comprising of Ness Quinn and Paul Greene. They formed out of connection through a mutual passion for songwriting and harmonies.\nNess Quinn was discovered as a songwriter by Kasey Chambers and went on to form ‘Hot Spoke’ with members of Boy & Bear. She has collaborated with Norah Jones’s band\, Jet\, and is now releasing her captivating songs with Caliko.\nPaul Greene is well known on the Eyre Peninsula and has collaborated with Rob Hirst of Midnight Oil\, as ‘Hirst & Greene’ and produced albums for Greg Arnold\, Kirsty Lee Akers and James Blundell.\nTheir musical chemistry is palpable – Ness with her angelic vocals and acoustic guitar plus Paul Greene on Baritone\, adding stunning texture and harmonies that sonically belies the sum of their parts.\nCaliko’s releases have been charting on the Regional AMRAP charts throughout 2024.\nRobyn Martin presents an intimate and soulful live music experience.
