DESCRIPTION:The Port Lincoln Long Lunch is a long-standing collaboration between local hospitality venues\, bringing the community together to celebrate the region’s incredible produce\, wine\, beer and live music in one vibrant\, one-day event.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFirst held in 1998 and initiated by the Zonta Club of Port Lincoln\, the Long Lunch was created to showcase the abundance of local produce alongside the talent of local chefs and musicians. Originally staged in February\, the event later moved to align with the Adelaide Cup long weekend in May. Over the years\, it has continued to evolve and is now proudly run by the participating venues themselves. \nPort Lincoln Long Lunch is back for 2026. \nMark your calendars for Sunday 31 May 2026\, as this much-loved event returns for a day of incredible food\, local flavour and community spirit. \nFor one day only\, nine of Port Lincoln’s favourite venues will come together to showcase the very best of the region. Each venue will offer a limited\, produce-driven menu\, highlighting fresh local ingredients and the creativity of Port Lincoln’s award-winning chefs. Expect delicious dishes\, relaxed coastal vibes and live entertainment at every stop. \nStart your day at your chosen venue\, then make your way around town at your own pace. Walk between locations or hop on and off the Long Lunch City Loop Bus as you explore\, graze and experience Port Lincoln’s vibrant food scene. \nEven better\, every bite gives back\, with all proceeds supporting a local Port Lincoln charity. \nGather your friends\, plan your route and settle in for a long lunch\, Port Lincoln style.
